This Caramel Apple Coffee Jam is made from fuji, gala, and granny smith apples boiled in coffee to infuse the coffee flavor.  It is very similar to apple butter but with a few twists.

Made in one small batch at a time. The flavor is best when consumed within six months. Refrigerate after opening.
